Exchange and returns

We offer a 30-day Exchange Warranty Policy.

*What does that mean?
-It means that you can make an exchange in your order, and you have 30 days from the day you receive your jewelry to make it.
Always keep in mind that we authorize only one exchange for order.

*When is it possible to realize an exchange?
-When you want to change your ring to another size or model.
Due to high demand, we do not always guarantee sizes and models. However, we do our best to satisfy your expectations.

*What is the procedure to do it?
-You simply email info@blahblahblah.la with your order number requesting an exchange. Then, you will receive a shipping label via email for US customers only.
When our team receives and inspects your package, your exchange will be approved and shipped to you.
Your exchange will only be possible once our team confirms the original item in your order.
Item must be clean, unworn, and shipped with original packaging to be accepted.
Remember :
*When you apply for an exchange and receive a return label, you must Ship your package within five days.
*Sizes and Models for exchange are not guaranteed until receipt of the returned item.
